February was a cold, short month, but we’re excited here in the UK because by the end of the month we are getting close to spring! The snowdrops have been and gone and the crocuses are out in our local park. Pre-Covid, February was a month when we’d be skiing either in the Alps or sometimes the Rockies but, sadly, that’s not to be this year. We started February with a skiing theme – Dan Egan, Extreme Skiing Pioneer. We also had an interview with Frances Houghton who rowed in an amazing five Olympic Games. Then we had the lovely Brown Bears in the Pyrenees, which really made us long to go there
